Listing Problems
If a listing has the wrong route, date, sailing, pickup point, or contact email, remove it from the database or ask the poster to create a corrected listing.

Include the route, sailing date, listing details, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details, government ID, or other sensitive personal information by email.
Contact Issues
Messages are sent to the listing email supplied by the poster. If delivery fails, check the Resend setup, sender domain, and server logs.
Reports
Report and remove listings that advertise commercial rides, profit-making fares, illegal activity, harassment, misleading details, unsafe conduct, or requests to avoid ferry or traffic rules. Keep enough moderation notes to explain why a listing was removed if a user later asks.
Data Requests
Users should be able to ask for deletion of their listings or contact information. Keep only what is needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
